Here is the general information for ordering hero cards / autograph cards, business cards, calendars, fylers, brochures, certificates and custom graphic design through Ware Graphics.
DESIGN INFORMATION & TEAMS
Some designs on our website do not include prices. The price of the design is based on the size of the job and the complexity of design.
For Ware Graphics to design a job we will need HI RESOLUTION photos..
Logo designs need to be in HI RESOLUTION format.
A text file or e-mail of all the text information wanted on the design including things like accomplishments, sponsor names, slogans etc.
A description of the types of colors wanted for the design. It also helps if you reference similar items we have made in our samples section.
All Ware Graphics designs are printed at 300 DPI so it is important to send HI RESOLUTION photos, logos, etc. for the best quality. All Ware Graphics design are to be approved by client before printing.

We do accept outside clients artwork. Please e-mail us for the proper printing requirements we will need jobs submitted in. We can also send you printing templates.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We will need the exact address the job is being shipped to.
All shipping quotes are for standard shipment. Additional shipping to be expedited is available.
All prices on our website do not include shipping prices.
PAYMENT METHODS
All Ware Graphics jobs and designs are PAID IN FULL AHEAD OF TIME by sending a cashiers check or money order to our address.
Payment can also be made by sending the entire amount to our verified pay pal account.

PRINTING - 5 business days for all cards, posters and crack and peel stickers. 7 business days for banners and high quality stickers. Perforation, scoring, folding and numbering will add 1-2 days to our standard turnaround of 5 business days.
DESIGN - 5 business days once all information is sent to Race Print from the client. A job must be approved or submitted before 9am Pacific Standard Time. If a job is submitted or approved after 9am Pacific Standard Time, the design turnaround countdown will start the following day.
SHIPPING - UPS ground on average is 3-5 business days.
